Rental and Refund Policies

Pricing
Your greeting price includes:  one complete phrase, balloons and stars, age (if applicable), graphic images, delivery, setup and pickup. 

Louisiana state sales tax of 10.45% will be added to all invoices.


Single Phrase Greetings - $89

An additional phrase may be added for $20 ($109 total)


Additional names are $10 each

 * additional service charge for more than 10 miles away from 70739 zip code


Additional nights are $40 per night

Same-day orders may incur an additional $20 fee.

Major holidays, please add $10


Delivery/Set up/Pick up
If this is a surprise, you can expect ​delivery and set up of your Say it with a Sign anytime between 8:00-11:00pm (during daylight savings time), and 7:00-10:00pm (non-daylight savings time) the evening before your event/celebration.  Pick-up will occur the evening of your event after 7:00 or 8:00pm respectively.

Payment
Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking.  Payment is accepted through Venmo. We also accept personal checks and cash.  

Hazardous Conditions
We may be unable to deliver a greeting during severe, hazardous weather conditions.  We will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued.


Rental Policy

• Payment is required at booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation.

• For the safety of everyone, please do not play on/around the greeting.

• Please do not remove/move any signs, including our advertising sign.

 • Please do not dispose of any signs.

• Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed.

• If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, moving, weed eaters, etc.), you may be invoiced for replacements.

Say it with a Sign and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.


Refund Policy

• If you must cancel your booking less than 3 days prior to install date, you may choose to receive 1/2 of the booking fee as a refund, or you may credit the full fee toward a future booking.

• In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to set up the greeting. You will receive a full refund in this case.

• No refunds will be given: if we are given the incorrect delivery address; ​the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting; if we are denied access to a gated community; if animals prevent us from delivery or any circumstances that prevents us from delivery that are out of our control.

• A $25 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and re-setup a greeting at the correct address.  This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later time/day to install.


By placing an order/booking with Say it with a Sign, you agree to all policies above.
